Modloft will deliver your memory foam mattress within the contiguous 48 states. Please contact customer service to arrange a separate shipping quote for Alaska and Hawaii. Once your order is made, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number along with your order summary.

Modloft is only responsible for delays caused by stock shortages or for other unexpected reasons, at which point you will be notified promptly. Modloft cannot guarantee deliver at a specific date or time. For additional questions concerning delivery, please contact customer service.

If your order has already been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, Modloft will refund your purchase at your request. Please expect up to two weeks to see your refund reflected on your bank statement.
