Who is eligible for the Trade Program?
Interior designers, decorators, architects, home stagers, hospitality and commercial specifiers, developers, builders and retail stores who purchase furnishings for clients, projects or resale.
How long does approval take?
Our trade team reviews every application personally. Once approved, you'll receive an email and can sign in right away to see trade pricing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There are no purchase minimums, whether you need a single piece or are furnishing an entire property.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to residential and commercial project sites across the United States.
Can I ship directly to my client or job site?
Absolutely. Orders can be delivered to your studio, your client's home or the project site. Your concierge will help coordinate timing.
How do I request swatches?
Upholstery swatches are complimentary for trade members. Request them through your trade portal or your concierge.
What is the difference between Trade and Studio Partner?
The Trade Program is for design professionals buying for clients and projects. Studio Partner is for retail stores and chains that want to showcase Modloft in a dedicated space and become our physical location in their area.
Why is there a Studio Partner waitlist?
We limit the number of Studio Partners in each area so every partner can grow with the brand. Join the waitlist and our partnerships team will confirm whether your market is available.
Can I purchase tax-exempt?
If you hold a valid resale certificate, contact our trade concierge to have it added to your account.
