When will it Arrive?

In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse in 3 business days. For custom or back-ordered products, a dedicated sales specialist will keep you updated on your order's estimated arrival.

  • In-Stock

    Most items will ship in 3 business days, & depending on your location delivery generally takes between 1-3 weeks total.
  • Back Order

    We do not bill for backorders. Any item that is not in stock will include a date of availability and will ship within 3 days of that date
  • Custom

    Made-to-order products require 12-14 weeks to produce, plus shipping time.

Need us to hold the items until you're ready?

We understand that you may have special circumstances and might need to delay the delivery until you're ready. Keep in mind that it will take about 2-3 weeks to receive an in-stock item, so we can hold the items at a terminal near you for a short time after that. Simply place your order and we'll reserve the items while we connect with you about your specific situation. If you needfor us to hold your order longer, just contact us with the details and our team will be happy to explore the options with you.

Delivery Basic

  • All deliveries require a signature.
  • All orders require a telephone number for delivery scheduling.
  • To change your delivery address, contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours to avoid a re-routing fee.
  • At present, we do not ship to AK, HI, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico.
  • For Premier delivery, all packaging will be taken out of the home upon request and may be moved to any room, garage, or side yard.
  • Delivery companies are not able to make modifications to a customer's home such as mounting an item to a wall or removing doors if they are too narrow for furniture to pass through.

Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship internationally. We are able to ship to a local freight forwarding company of your choice. In these situations we only accept payment via wire transfer. All deliveries require signature.

Delivery companies are not able to make modifications to a customers home, this includes hanging mirrors and mounting furniture. All packaging will be discarded upon request of customer. Customer may opt to have packaging moved to any room, garage, or side yard. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team before the item is shipped to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you then there may be a re-routing Fee.
