Hassle-Free Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange. Pay only the original delivery fee and we will pay the return shipping and restocking fee.

Return Policy

  • Contact our Customer Service Team at 800.601.7422 within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Custom orders and special orders as noted at time of purchase cannot be returned.
  • Clearance and open box items are sold as "Final Sale" and are not returnable.
  • Delivery Service fees cannot be reimbursed.
  • Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.

Prompt Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card or Affirm® account within seven days. Depending on your creditor's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after this for the credit to appear.


In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, call us immediately to coordinate a replacement.
