How It Works

If you purchase an item on Modloft.com and the final, out-the-door price—including all applicable discounts, promotions, and shipping—drops before Cyber Monday 2025, we’ll refund you the difference.

Simply contact our Customer Support team before December 2, 2025, with your order number and proof of the lower price (found on Modloft.com). Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or store credit for the difference.

Note:This policy applies only to prices listed on Modloft.com and does not include other retailers or third-party sellers.

Important Details

• The guarantee applies to the final purchase price, meaning the lowest total price paid after all discounts, promotions, or shipping costs.

• It ensures you receive the lowest out-the-door price available before Cyber Monday 2025 (12/2/2025).

• The guarantee cannot be combined with multiple promotions, coupons, or discounts. Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.

• The guarantee applies only to identical items (same finish, size, and configuration) currently in stock on Modloft.com.

• Custom, made-to-order or outlet items are excluded from this offer.

• Refunds for price differences will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Modloft’s discretion.

• Modloft reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny claims that cannot be confirmed or that do not meet the outlined criteria.

• All requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on December 2, 2025.
