I have absolutely loved this chaise (and the Netta couch I bought with it) for all of 3 seasons. It is obviously beautiful and was a great addition to my newly completed back yard at the time. Unfortunately, and despite taking excellent care of the furniture, this past summer the straps that support the cushions on the chaise began to tear, and once they started they didn't stop. The chaise was not usable after that. The screws and supporting rods on the couch portion have rotted and are pulling away from the main structure of the couch...I'm shocked I didn't fall through it this summer. I contacted Modloft but I didn't purchase any coverage so they basically told me to move on. Certainly didn't expect to need to buy new furniture after just 3 seasons, especially at this price.

This sectional fits perfectly on our porch. It is very comfortable and is very quick to dry. It rained the second night we had it and rain blew in on it. The next morning, It was completely dry. I have no regrets about this purchase.
