My wife and I were looking for a wide walnut media cabinet, but were having trouble finding one until we came across the Chiswick. The design was perfect, so we pulled the trigger. Unfortunately, when we received our unit, it was damaged (possibly during shipping). One of the corners was chipped. We immediately reached out to Modloft and were assured they would send out a replacement as soon as one became available. They also let us keep the damaged unit so we at least had something in our space. Fast forward several weeks and our replacement unit was delivered damage free and the old one collected. We have had our new unit for approximately six weeks now and so far so good.
