Was happy that item looked just like the website photos. Colors were exactly as expected. Build was sturdier and heavier than expected, not a bad thing. Def have the delivery crew place this bench exactly where you want it. Was also happy that item came totally assembled, didn’t have to do anything.
The leather feels pretty soft, def not something you’d want to be too rough and tumble with. The cushioning of the seat is pretty firm, which I prefer, but your preferences may vary.
