The Liam outdoor table and the laced chairs were the perfect fit for our screened room. The table is very sturdy and the design perfectly reflects our modern aesthetic. The laced chairs are beautiful and comfy enough for a long leisure dinner. We could not be happier

The Liam Outdoor Dinning Table is exactly as advertised. Elegant and sturdy with a mid-century vibe. The surface of the table has a durable smooth finish that is easy to clean. The table is heavy which works well outdoors with variable weather and wind. The Weathered Eucalyptus legs are attractive with the whitewash finish.
I would highly recommend this outdoor table as a neutral piece that will fit into almost any backyard setting. The table comfortably sits 8 but can fit 10 with two chairs at each end. Customer service at Modloft was attentive and helpful. I will shop at Modloft again.

We are very happy with the table once it arrived. We purchase the table in May and it didn't arrive for 4 months, missing the summer months completely. We were not notified of a delivery date, even when we contacted customer service. The only way we were made aware of a potential delivery was when our account was charged.
