This looks nice in pictures but it has very minimal stuffing, cushions are attached so can’t be removed to add extra stuffing. The seats are not firm. The delivery people damaged my new floors and walls as well and used dirty hands to put it together so not only does it not comfortable but it’s dirty too. Stay away from this product. For this price, I had great expectations

Purchased 4-pieces this collection and was vey very disappointed with it. One piece came damaged and after the delivery folks left. I notice that the sofas looked different from one side to the other. It was sagging it looked like I had it for years!!! I returned all pieces. It was such an ordeal!!!

Well it came in a box, inside the box it was fully invaded in plastic to protect it, however there was plastic under the plastic secured to the fabric with stretch type plastic. Dust that had collected in this plastic was smash into the fabric, they set up cleaning and the cleaner found a rip from shipping! Modloft is replacing it but I have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Overall it's comfortable, wrinkles easily, chase could be a few inches longer!
