About vintage leather: Our highest grade leather is made from the finest hides and contains only aniline, oil, and wax to preserve natural coloring. Each piece is unique, rare, and precisely selected for each item. Natural marks such as insect bites and scratches are visual only and do not run deep into the texture. These natural characteristics are considered normal.

<p><strong>Caring for Natural Leather. </strong> To clean, use a conditioner every 6-12 months and wipe up spills as they occur with a clean cloth. Avoid using normal cleaning supplies, such as soaps, detergents, solvents, etc.</p> <p><strong>Caring for Metal. </strong> Use only non-abrasive cleaning rags. Paper towels can also be used, but they tend to leave some lint that is visible when the furniture dries. Dish soap is the best agent for cleaning grime on metal surfaces.</p>
