Paper towels can also be used, but they tend to leave some lint that is visible when the furniture dries. Dish soap is the best agent for cleaning grime on metal surfaces.</p> <p><strong>Caring for Reclaimed Leather. </strong> First, wipe thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. In case of dirt or stains, clean with dampened cloth, then wipe dry. Do not use chemicals on the surface.</p> <p><strong>Caring for Wood Veneer over Metal. </strong> For cleaning, use lightly dampened cloth followed by a separate dry cloth. If the furniture has been in contact with acid liquids such as sodas, fruit juices, lemon or others, clean the surface with lukewarm water immediately.</p>
