We want you to love your new home furnishings as much as we love making them for you. If you're not completely smitten with what you've bought, don't worry; we offer 100% free returns, and we'll never charge you a restocking fee. Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and we'll take it off your hands. No questions asked. We'll even have our design team help you find the perfect replacement if you'd like.
To complete the return, all you need to do is contact our support team and send the item back to us in its original packaging. We'll issue a full credit as soon as it hits our doorstep. All we ask is that the item makes it back to us in its original shape. Easy breezy.
We're pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.
Notify within 30 days
We will take care of the return shipping fees and refund the purchase price as long as you let us know that you want to return the product within 30 days of receiving your product.
Return in the original packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
All shipping damage for items delivered in-home must be noted at the time of delivery. Items delivered curbside or by parcel service must be reported within 24 hours. If you are planning on storing items prior to installation, it is very important that they are carefully inspected before storage to report any possible damage within 24 hours.
Products returned during the 30 Day Risk Free Trial period will be inspected within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
We're very sorry, but products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by this policy.
As new condition
We expect that you will test the furniture to be sure that you enjoy it. However, please do not return stained or soiled pieces as they will not be accepted. This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return.
Custom Orders and Additional Services
Please note that custom orders and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service and for delivery and pick-ups beyond our free shipping zone.
Clearance, Discounted, & Outlet Items
All Clearance, Discounted and items in our Outlet store are sold as "Final Sale" and are non-returnable, however they still carry all applicable warranties. Any issues absolutely must be noted at time of delivery. No exceptions.
We are serious about your Total Satisfaction because we want you to be happy with your purchase. And, if you're not happy, we want to make it easy to get a refund or replacement. We do this because we would want this if we were in your position.
We're proud that our furniture is made with premium materials, with attention to fine detail and fine craftsmanship. We completely stand behind the quality of all our products, so you can buy directly from us with confidence. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. Modloft, at its discretion, will courier replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty. Salt water damage is not covered in any circumstances. In the first few months sun fading may occur on hardwood veneers, this is entirely normal. Stains and physical damage are not covered. For more information, please request our Warranty Policy.
