Shipping Details


Simple and flawless shipping is our goal. Our handpicked shipping partners specialize in delivering furniture directly to your home, business or building. Extensive attention to detail ensures that your furniture will arrive promptly and safely.


How long will it take?

In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of your order date. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live, but most deliveries will arrive between 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. If your item is on backorder we will ship it once it arrives to us, we do not bill in advance of shipping backorders.

Custom, made-to-order products require 12-14 weeks, end to end, before they are shipped. A dedicated sales specialist will follow your order and email you every step of the way.

How will it be delivered?

All deliveries traveling via one of our residential carriers will be scheduled with you. This will happen once your item has left our warehouse and arrived to your local area. Small parcels will travel via FedEx.

Standard Delivery

The luxury of convenience for do-it-yourself types. Our preferred shipping partner will bring your new purchase right to your front door or lobby entrance (first dry area). Then you're free to pick the perfect place for your new furniture and install it on your own schedule.

White Glove Delivery

On occasion we will upgrade certain shipments to White Glove Delivery, this means that instead of delivering curbside we will bring the items into your home, place, and remove packaging at your request. Many Modloft items arrive assembled, but this will NOT include assembly on items that require it.

Five Star Delivery

Five-Star Delivery (+$149)

Don't lift a finger. Once your items have arrived to our local carrier you will receive a call to arrange a custom delivery on your schedule, and bring it to your home. Once the team arrives they will assemble it in the room of your choosing, and remove the leftover packaging. Like magic.

Shipping Exceptions

We are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and Puerto Rico, in all of these cases however there is an additional shipping charge. We will not bill the charge to your order until we have discussed it with you.

We do not ship internationally. We are able to ship to a local freight forwarding company of your choice. In these situations we only accept payment via wire transfer.

All deliveries require signature.

Delivery companies are not able to make modifications to a customers home, this includes hanging mirrors and mounting furniture.

All packaging will be discarded upon request of customer. Customer may opt to have packaging moved to any room, garage, or side yard.

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team before the item is shipped to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you then there may be a re-routing Fee.
