What shipping option does MODLOFT offer?
We offer two shipping methods for your convenience:
Standard: The luxury of convenience for do-it-yourself types. Our friendly MODLOFT delivery partners will bring your new purchase right to your front door or lobby entrance. Then you're free to pick the perfect place for your new furniture and install it on your own schedule.
Five-Star: Don't lift a finger. Our MODLOFT staff will arrange a custom delivery on your schedule and bring it to your doorstep. They even set it up in the room of your choosing, install it on the spot, and remove the excess packaging. As you would imagine a five-star service.
Can MODLOFT ship orders to a PO Box?
No. Hard to squeeze a sectional sofa into one of those tiny boxes.
Does MODLOFT ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship only within the continental U.S. Due to freight quality inconsistencies, Alaska and Hawaii are no longer available shipping destinations. International shipments are not available at this time.Back to top

Can I schedule my furniture delivery?
No one likes sitting around waiting for a shipment to arrive, which is why we offer 48-hour advance notification for delivery within a 2-4 hour window.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Expect in-stock items to arrive within 7-10 business days. Back-ordered items will have a return date available and will ship almost immediately upon arrival. Custom, made-to-order items require 12-14 weeks for delivery.Back to top
